Moonshadow

Take a look around you, take a deeper look within you, you will find solace and comfort in the familiarity and quotidianess of the everyday and the routine.

Everything is always exactly as expected.

You know that if you closed your eyes and opened them, the room would be the same.

You know that if you left for a day or a week or a month all would be the same, the people, their jobs, their lives, their death.

You know that you have become an automaton, irrelevant to anything of significance and of real value, other than monetary, merely a cog in the wheel of a society blinded by this complacency and familiarity.

Who has lost this peace, this false sense of stability and security, this blinding feeling of comfort and stupor to begin to crave more, something deeper, something more tangible, something more real and alive, rather than this daily death.

Some lose all tho find all, by accident, or not by choice, some decide that enough is enough, others just know that the time is nigh.

Whatever the specifics...have you ever lost the familiar to find, in its place, a world so extraordinary you can't even grasp it, you can't even begin to imagine that such a place could exist?

This is the Moon.

Most of the time we live in a world of normality that we wrap around us like a security blanket, covering and hiding us from the truth that the universe holds, the truth that we are all living a life of death and decay, a life of lies and half-truths unfit for the Zenith of God's creation.

We forsake our inheritance, our destiny. We turn our backs on the mysterious universe that waits outside and embrace this corrupt and vile world, filled with transient pleasures and false hopes and dreams.

Temporal placebos, to dull the pain and keep us enslaved to a system that is both merciless and endless.

Occasionally a select few catch a glimpse of this TRUTH.

Altered states of consciousness and awareness.

The imagination, fantasy and day-dreams become so real, they begin to superimpose themselves into the lives of these men of the moon to expand their awareness of themselves as well as the universe that hosts them.

Truly we are heirs to the universe, to eternity as promised.

We must embrace life, and shun this daily death, but how?

This is the Moon.

The Moon is the light of this realm - the world of shadow and night.

It is the guide of our fallen nature, our fallen realm to bring us to the Son/Sun.

Truly we are unprepared and unable to accept the sun and its truths in our fallen condition, in our current darkness and blinded state of existence, and so the moon acts as a sort of forerunner, a precursor of sorts, in order to prepare us to help us see the brightness and glorious rays of the shining sun, of true life of true existence of TRUTH!

Although this world is awesome, attractive, enticing, captivating, appealing, it's true value is NIL.

We who see, are the true NIHILISTS, the folly of this world, of these transient and meaningless pastimes, these vain hobbies and ridiculous interests.

This is the Moon.

It does not have to be frightening. In the right circumstances, the Moon inspires and enchants. It holds out the promise that all you imagine can be yours, that all that is destined to be ours is ours.
The Moon guides us to the unknown so that we can allow the unusual, yet ever so real into our sad, petty and meaningless lives.

GODDAMMIT!! Why I can't I just be NORMAL?!?!?!

Sadly, I can't!

Luckily, I can't!!!!
